Audit reports

In the audits module we have some reports, which are:

• General audit report: Displays all audit information.
• Audit schedule report: Displays information for a specific schedule only.
• Report by weight of the audit: This report is available for audits that use standards with the calculation of adherence of Percentage of responses, showing the adherence of the items according to the weight of the items, of the entire audit
• Report by weight of planning: This report is available for audit plans that use standards with the calculation of adherence of Percentage of responses, showing the adherence of items according to the weight of the items, specific to each planning
• Auditors ‘Agenda Report : Follow the auditors’ agenda to find out which audits they are working on and which ones are yet to work.
• Report of Occurrences Identified by Month : Perform the survey of occurrences registered in the period.
• Report Number of Occurrences by Standard Requirement : Identify which requirements have the most occurrences and need improvement.

 

Report by weight of audit and planning

This report is available for all audits that use standards with the Percentage of Response adherence calculation, where adherence is displayed according to the weight of the items.
To consult the report by weight of the audit, just click on the context menu of the audit and on the report by weight:

Select the answer option you want to perform the adherence calculation and then view, so that the report is opened:

In addition to the general information of the audit, it is possible to see the adherence of the items according to their weight, in the section ‘Adherence by weight of the audit’:

This same report can also be viewed for each specific schedule.

Auditors’ Agenda Report

To see which audits the leading auditors are allocated to, we can consult with this report.
Access the Reports tab and click on Auditors’ Agenda Report or click on the context menu  and select View.

It will be necessary to select the period to consult the calendars. By default, a month is selected. To view the report, click Preview.

The report will be displayed in another browser tab.

Occurrences Identified by Month report

To see the number of occurrences identified per month, we can consult with this report.
Access the Reports tab and click on Report Occurrences Identified by Month or click on the context menu  and select View.

It will be necessary to select the period to consult the occurrences. By default, a month is selected. To view the report, click Preview.

The report will be displayed in another browser tab.

Report Number of Occurrences by Standard Requirement

To see how many occurrences we have per item of the standard, we can consult with this report.
To have the number of occurrences per item, we must use norms with automatic numbering.
Access the Reports tab and click on Report Number of Occurrences by Standard Requirement or click on the context menu and select View.

It will be necessary to select which standard, revision, and the period to consult the occurrences per item. By default, a month is selected. To view the report, click Preview.

The report will be displayed in another browser tab.
