If a document was sent by mistake or the version sent needs some layout adjustment, you can update the document without changing the revision number.
To change the document, the user must be the author of the last revision or a user who has full access to the unit in his registration.

 

The author of the last revision is the one who made the last check in of the document, either inside or outside the approval flow.

  1. Go to Dashboard.
  2. Click on Docs – Documents.

3. Click Documents.

4. Select the document and click Details.

The screen with detailed document information will be displayed.
Click the Revisions tab and click the Replace Revision icon .

Select the file to be sent, inform the changes that have been made.
Confirm the change and click Save.

For units that have the Password Confirmation option for critical operations enabled in the Qualiex security options, it will be necessary to enter the password to update the document without changing the document revision number.
