You may obtain a copy of several documents at once, to select the desired documents click on 
.
Only uncontrolled documents can be selected to obtain a copy.
The list of documents which are uncontrolled copies will be displayed for downloading.
Click on the documents to select them and click Obtain Copies.
The alert that the download may take some time will appear, to continue click OK.
After confirming the copies are downloaded.
Document history in Docs Web
When viewing a document in the application, this operation is recorded in the details of the document in Docs Web , as shown in the image below.
