When viewing a document, you noticed that some information is out of date, you may request the revision of the document.

Users who are allowed to review this document will be notified and will have a review pending to complete.

  1. Go to Dashboard.
  2. Click on Docs – Documents.
  1. Click on the “Documents” tab.
  2. Click on “Options” and then on “Request New Review”.

The screen will be displayed to send the request to the document’s reviewers.

  • Description: Enter the message that will be sent to the reviewers.
  • Employees: Select who should receive the email.
