To allow for the evaluation of efficacy of a project, it is necessary to create an evaluation form in Settings.
To create this form, you must access “Settings:”
Create the evaluation form in the “Forms” tab by clicking ADD.
To create a form, fill out:
- Name (required): name your form.
- Active: this switch make the form available for use or inactivates it.
- Modules: Choose the module in which the form will be used. In this case, select “Plans.”
Click “add field” and create the form according to your need.
To preview the form you’re creating, click “Preview.”
After creating the form, click on the check mark to save.
Back in the Plans module, on the Types tab, you’ll be able to link the form you’ve created to the type it corresponds to.
First, click the context menu and edit the type:
Link the form to the type by selecting it in the “Evaluation Form” field. Then choose when to evaluate. After doing so, click save.
