In Flows we can link a risk from Risks to the flow.
We can link a risk to a flow in any status, click on the context menu  and select the option Link Risks.

Accessing the flow, it is also possible to link risks, on the details screen click .

The screen for linking a risk will appear.
Locate the risk that will be linked.

After locating the risk, click on:

• Open: To view the risk.
• Link: Associate the risk with the flow.

Linked risks are displayed on the Linked tab.

Remove the link from a risk

If it is necessary to remove the link from a risk, go to the Linked tab.
In the risk context menu, click Remove.

When designing a flow, we can link another flow already created as a sub-process.

Access the flow drawing mode and add the sub-process shape .

When adding the shape, the configuration tab will be visible.

To link, select the desired flow from the list. Click on view sub-process to view the linked flow.

We can generate reports to view the general list of flows created.
Access the Reports tab.

The report screen will appear, click List.

After loading, a new tab will open in the browser to display the report.

We can remove the category from a stream.
To remove the categories, access the Flows module.

Remove the flow category

In the Streams module, click the Categories tab.

Click the context menu for  the category you want to remove and then click Remove.

After selecting the Remove option, it is necessary to confirm the removal.

To confirm the removal, click Remove.

We can edit the created categories.
To edit the categories, access the Flows module:

In the Streams module, click the Categories tab.

Click the context menu for the category you want to change and then click Edit.

A new window will appear for editing the category. Edit the items you find necessary.

• Title: Edit the name for the type that will be registered.

• Icon: Click  to expand the checkbox. Change the symbol for that flow category.

• Color: Click  to expand the selection box. Modify the color that will represent this type of flow.

• Active: We can activate or deactivate a category.

Make the necessary edits. After changing the desired data, click on  to finish the modifications.

We can create categories to differentiate the types of flows.
To register the categories, access the Flows module:

In the Flows module click on the Categories tab.

To add a new category click .

A new window will appear to register the desired category. Fill in the following data:

• Title: Enter a name for the type to be registered.

• Icon: Click to expand the selection box and define a symbol for that flow category.

• Color: Click  to expand the selection box. Select a color to represent this type of flow.

 

It is still possible to select the hexadecimal color system. Click on  and in the new window, select the desired color.

• Active: We can create a category and leave it active to be used or inactive to be used later.

After filling in the data click on  to finish the registration.

If it is necessary to remove a flow, we can delete it. We have three options to remove, through the listing, details screen and in drawing mode.

To remove a stream from the list click on the context menu and select the Remove option.

When clicking on the flow and accessing the details click on the context menu  and select the Remove option.

In drawing mode click on the context menu  and select the Remove option.

To remove it is necessary to confirm the operation by clicking on remove.
