In details, you’ll see the tabs for indicators and risks. There will be a count by them, showing if there are any indicators/risks linked to the project.

By accessing the “Indicators” tab, you’ll find information about the associated indicator such as the user responsible for it and the result of the linked analysis.

You may then remove the association to it by clicking the context menu and then “remove.”

A pop-up with a question will appear on your screen. To confirm the removal, click “remove” again.

By accessing the “Risks” tab, you’ll find information about the associated risk such as the group it belongs to, the date of the linked analysis and the criticality level.

You may then remove the association to it by clicking the context menu and then “remove.”

To make this link you must’ve had completed the analysis.

Click on the risk you’d like to link to a project, and then click “open.”

Once you’ve opened the risk and accessed the information about the risk, click on the tab “Analysis.”

On the analysis, click the Plans icon to select the project you’d like to associate to it.

A window will appear on your screen for you to select an existing project to link the analysis. Click “Associate Project,” and select the project you’re looking for.

The chosen project will be listed. Click “Ok” to confirm.

The number of linked projects will be shown on the risk analysis bellow the Plans icon, as the image shows:

To make this link you must’ve had completed the analysis.

Click “Add, NC and incidence.”

Then select “Projects (Plans module).”

A window will appear on your screen for you to select an existing project to link the analysis. Click “Associate Project.”

Choose the project you’d like to link to the analysis.

The chosen project will be listed. Click “Ok” to confirm.

The project will be listed on the indicator analysis.

It shows all the actions from all projects you’re involved and in the status they are.

To export your actions, click the diagonal arrow .

Once you’ve clicked the arrow, a file will be downloaded to your machine.

Click to view the document. The information will be exported according to the columns selected for viewing in Qualiex.

* In case the date column is not showing a date, select the column, and change the setting to “Short Date.”

  • Kanban
  • Hierarchical view

  • All
  • My ideas
  • All Programs

When accessing the “Ideas” tab we will have access to all ideas, the “All” filter will be selected by default.

In order for me to view only the ideas that I am responsible for, I may use the “My Ideas” filter.

Another filter is “All Programs,” which shows the ideas that have been registered for a certain Program. You will have to select a program to see the ideas related to that Program.

One of the ways available to interact with the ideas is to leave a comment.

To comment on an idea, click .

 

A window will open on your screen where you’ll be able to see all the existing comments and add your own. You may also like the other comments.

After typing your comment, click “Comment.”

You may also edit or remove your comment by accessing the context menu of the comment and clicking “edit” or “remove” respectively.

If you edit the comment, it’ll appear as “edited.”

If you choose to remove a comment, a message will appear on your screen, click “remove.”

The comment will be removed.

Liking/Disliking an idea

Another way to interact with an idea is by liking or disliking it.

There will be a counter above the like/dislike icons as well as the comments icon that will show how many likes/dislikes/comments the idea has.

How to remove an attachment from an idea? https://wiki.qualiex.com/modules/plans/how-to-remove-an-attachment-from-an-idea/ Mon, 23 May 2022 18:57:17 +0000 https://wiki.qualiex.com/?post_type=docs&p=6445 When we have several ideas in mind, we should register them so that this information isn’t lost, and so that it is easy to access in the future.

You may add attachments to a registered idea, but you might also need to remove an attachment from an idea.

To do so, access the context menu  of the idea you’d like to remove an attachment from.

Click on “Attachments.”

A window will appear on your screen for you to see the files attached to the idea.

Select the attachment you’d like to remove.

Then click the trash can icon.

A message will appear on your screen. To remove, click “Delete files.”
