If a document is made in LibreOffice when it is sent to Docs in compatible format when viewing or printing in word and excel, that document is displayed misformatted.
In such cases it is recommended that a PDF version of the file be added, so when viewing or printing the PDF version will be used.
Sending a Document
The file must be in PDF format.
When sending a document to check in, we can add the pdf file. Click and select the file to be sent.
Add the PDF of a revision
Add a .pdf file for a revision by accessing the document’s details.
In the document details on the Reviews tab, add a .pdf version of the file.
