If an employee is on vacation and we want to continue with an event that he is responsible for, we can change the responsibility and even change the deadline for this stage.
To change those responsible or the deadline, access the case.

To change those responsible and the deadline, it is necessary to be the approver or responsible for the occurrence. Users with the “Edit all” permission can also change.

In the event click on the context menu and select the option Change responsible / deadline.

The screen will appear to change the responsible and deadlines. Click on  to remove the user from the field and select the new parent.
