To organize the causes and have a graphical visualization in the future, we have the classification of the cause.
See in this article how to register a cause classification.
Access the occurrence where we are going to classify the cause, this classification can be made during the analysis of the cause.
After accessing the case, click

The screen with information about the root cause and possible root causes will be displayed, click on the context menu of 
the cause that will be classified to display the options menu. Click the Classify cause option.
We can classify the possible root cause too!
Select the desired classification from the list and click Save.
After saving the classification, it will be displayed in the corresponding cause.
