To perform the analysis, access the event that is in the Cause Analysis stage.
In order to have access to the cause analysis tools, it is necessary to be responsible for the occurrence or for the analysis stage. The case approver and the user who can edit all of them also have access to cause analysis.
After accessing the occurrence, click on the 2. Cause Analysis tab and click .
To perform cause analysis we can use tools such as the Ishikawa / Cause and effect diagram, 5 whys or the tree diagram.
