If you tried to access the application and it presented an error, check with the Qualiex administrator at your company if the Docs module is enabled for your user.
If you already have access to Docs Web and are unable to access it, please contact our customer service via chat.

If during synchronization, due to lack of connection or other instability, the document download may not be completed successfully, the document will be marked with the message Download error. When the internet connection is re-established, click on the document again to download it.

A confirmation message will appear, to continue click Yes. After the download is complete, the document can be viewed.

Within Docs Web, when we select a new document as a favorite, we can synchronize them in the application. But first, understand how this synchronization is carried out:

• For a document to be synchronized in the application, it is necessary that:
  • The document is marked as a favorite in Docs Web;
  • To download the document on your device, it is necessary that you have the Get copy permission in the specific folder or document;
  • To view the document, you must have the View permission on the specific folder or document;
  • If you have the Full Access setting on this unit marked YES, you will be able to view and obtain a copy of your favorite documents, even if you do not have the Get copy and / or View permission (just as it is on Docs Web);
  • In case the document is in flow or in checkout, the last approved revision will be synchronized;
  • If a document has already been synchronized and a new revision is generated, that new revision will be synchronized in your application as well.
  • If a copy of a document has been obtained and a new revision is generated, it will be necessary to obtain a new copy.
• Documents that will NOT be synced to your device:
  • Obsolete documents are not displayed.

And how to synchronize these documents in the application?

• Pull from top to bottom to synchronize;
• The documents will be updated in the application;
• The date and time of the new synchronization will be updated.

You may obtain a copy of several documents at once, to select the desired documents click on .

The list of documents which are uncontrolled copies will be displayed for downloading.
Click on the documents to select them and click Obtain Copies.

The alert that the download may take some time will appear, to continue click OK.

After confirming the copies are downloaded.

Document history in Docs Web

When viewing a document in the application, this operation is recorded in the details of the document in Docs Web , as shown in the image below.

With the Docs application installed, you can get a copy of your favorite documents that are designated as controlled copies.

1. Connected to the internet, access the application on your device and wait for the documents to synchronize.

After synchronization, documents will be displayed according to the user’s units. Documents that have a controlled copy are labeled Controlled after the revision number.

Click on the desired document and select the Get Copy option.

To download a copy of a controlled document, it is necessary to justify, after inserting the justification click on Get Copy.

Document history in Docs Web

When we obtain a copy of a document through the application, this operation is recorded in the document’s details in Docs Web , as shown in the image below.

We can also consult this history in the RTU0125 Document History Report.

In the Docs application, documents marked as favorites can be downloaded and viewed even when you are not connected to the internet.

If you do not have the Docs app yet, see this article on how to install it.

1. Open the Docs app on your phone.
2. After accessing the application, click Sign in with Qualiex.

Enter the email, click Next, enter the password, and click Enter.

On the home page of the application, we have:

1. Search: Locate the documents by:
   • Document Code
   • Document title
   • Document extension
   • Displays the date and time of the last synchronization performed.
2. Download multiple documents : Allows you to select multiple uncontrolled documents to download at once.
3. User profile : See the data of the account that is accessing the application.
   • Select the color theme of the application:
     • Light
     • Dark
     • High contrast
   • Synchronization Preference: select which connection the application should download the documents from.
     • Use any network, be it Wi-Fi or mobile data.
     • Wi-Fi only, download documents only when there is a Wi-Fi connection.
   • Log out from the account: Select to log out from the application.
4. List of documents:
   • Displays the documents that have been marked in Docs Web as a favorite.
   • Documents that already have a copy saved on the device are indicated with .

We have a Docs mobile application, where users can obtain a copy and consult their documents marked as favorites, on their cell phone or tablet and even offline, when they are not connected to the internet.

1. To install, access the app store on your Android or iOS phone and search for Docs and wait for the download and installation.
2. With the installation complete, locate the Docs icon on your phone.
