In Flows we can link a Docs document to the flow.
We can link a document to a flow in any status, click on the context menu  and select the option Link Documents.

Only the issuer or person responsible for the flow can link documents.

Accessing the flow it is also possible to link documents, on the details screen click .

The screen for linking a document appears.
Locate the document that will be linked.

After locating the document click:

  • Open: To view the document.
  • Link: Associate the document with the flow.

Linked documents are displayed on the Linked tab.

If you need to remove the link from a document, go to the Linked tab.
In the document’s context menu, click Remove.

When designing a flow, we can link another flow already created as a sub-process.

Here’s how to draw a stream.

Access the flow drawing mode and add the sub-process shape .

To access the drawing mode, it is necessary to be the sender or responsible for the flow.

When adding the shape, the configuration tab will be visible.

To link, select the desired flow from the list. Click on view sub-process to view the linked flow.

Flows with at least one approved and active review are displayed in the listing.
