While an issue is in the application with the status Waiting for approval, we can cancel that registration.

Click on the registration to open and click  cancel.

After canceling it will be displayed with the indication that it was canceled.

Accessing the draft or creating a new occurrence, we can insert attachments to help with the approval and handling of the occurrence.
To edit a draft, click on the record and select the option to continue editing or when registering add the attachments.

Whether in the draft or in the record of the occurrence, click on  to add the attachments.

  • Photo gallery: Select a photo that is stored in your photo gallery.
  • Video gallery: Choose from the gallery a video stored on your cell phone;
  • Camera: Take a photo and add to the event;
  • Video: Record a video and insert it into the event;
  • Audio: Record an audio to add to the event;
  • File: Select a file to link to the occurrence;
  • To remove an inserted attachment, click .

When accessing for the first time, it is necessary to allow access to functionality.

To register a new occurrence in your application, click:

•  Photo: Take a forum and register the occurrence;
•  Register without inserting photo or video: Start filling and if necessary, insert an attachment;
• Video: Record the video and register its occurrence.

 

If it is associated with more than one unit, before registering the occurrence, select the desired unit.

When accessing for the first time, it is necessary to allow access to the files and the camera of your device.

After selecting the desired option, the screen for filling in the occurrence data will be displayed.

Fields with * are mandatory.

  • Register anonymously: Select so that it is not possible to identify who registered the occurrence;
  • Title: Enter the title of the occurrence;
  • Type : Select the type of occurrence;
  • Category : Select the category of the occurrence;
  • Client: Inform the client related to the occurrence;
  • Place: Indicate the place of the occurrence;
  • Description: Enter the description of what happened;
  •  Attachments: Click to add attachments:
    • Photo gallery: Select a photo that is stored in your photo gallery;
    • Video gallery: Choose from the gallery a video stored on your cell phone;
    • Camera: Take a photo and add to the event;
    • Video: Record a video and insert it into the event;
    • Audio: Record an audio to add to the event;
    • File: Select a file to link to the occurrence;
    • To remove an attachment click on .

After filling in the fields, click  to register the occurrence. The options will be displayed:

  • Keep draft: Saves the record as a draft to be edited at another time, it is not yet submitted for approval.

When exiting the application, draft records are removed from the device.

  • Submit case: Sending the case for approval it is kept in the application until it is approved, after approval it will no longer be displayed in the application.

Web Issues

In the Occurrences on the web module, the records made by the application are indicated by enabling the Platform column.
To display the column click on the context menu of any column and under Columns, check the Platform option.

In the Occurrences module application , we can register occurrences quickly and conveniently, without having to be near a computer.
If you don’t already have the Occurrences application see this article how to install.

  1. Open the Occurrences module application  on your mobile phone.
  2. After accessing the application, click Sign in with Qualiex.

Don’t remember your username and password? Check with your company’s Qualiex administrator or on the Qualiex website click on Forgot your password?

Enter your email, click Next, enter your password and click Sign In.

After accessing, we have the home screen of the Occurrences application:

  1. Search: Locate the occurrences already registered that are awaiting approval;
  2. User profile: See the data of the account that is accessing the application;
    • Select the color theme of the application:
    • Dark: Enable to make the preview with the background of the application dark.
    • Log out of account: Select to log out of the application.
  3. Registered occurrence: Displays the data of the occurrence that are awaiting approval, occurrences that have already been approved can only be consulted on the Occurrences Web;
  4. Register new occurrence:
    •  Photo: Take a photo and record the occurrence;
    •  Register: Register an occurrence;
    • Video: Record a video and record the occurrence.

We have a mobile application for the Occurrences module, where users can register the occurrences of their unit(s).

The occurrences that are registered in the application will be synchronized with the Qualiex Ocorrências Web.

  1. To install, access the app store on your Android or iOS phone and search for ForLogic Occurrences and wait for the download and installation.
  2. With the installation complete, locate the Occurrences icon  on your phone.

Also use on your tablet or Ipad.
