After the evaluation of a registered occurrence and we realize that it is not proceeding, we can fail it.<\/p>\n

\n

To be able to disapprove an occurrence, it is necessary to have the approval permission granted.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In the\u00a0Events<\/em>\u00a0module, click the\u00a0Inbox<\/em>\u00a0tab.<\/p>\n

General tab<\/h2>\n

We will have the occurrence information, if after analysis we find that the occurrence does not proceed, we can fail it without filling in the mandatory fields.<\/p>\n

  • Issuer:<\/strong>\u00a0Identifies the user who registered the occurrence, when it is an anonymous user, displays as Issuer: Anonymous.<\/li>\n
  • Issued on:<\/strong>\u00a0Shows the date on which the occurrence was registered.<\/li>\n
  • Title:<\/strong>\u00a0Displays the title that was inserted in the registration of the occurrence, it is possible to edit in the approval.<\/li>\n
  • Category:\u00a0<\/strong>If they are blank it means that the category was not identified at the time of registration.<\/li>\n
  • Type:<\/strong>\u00a0If, when the type was not defined, the field is left without information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    For users who have permission to\u00a0manage types, categories and cause classifications<\/em>, it is possible to register a new\u00a0category<\/strong>\u00a0and a new\u00a0type<\/strong>\u00a0using\u00a0\"\"\u00a0the first option in the list.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      For users who have the Manage> Customers permission in the Qualiex settings, it is possible to register a new\u00a0customer<\/strong>\u00a0and a new\u00a0location<\/strong>\u00a0using\u00a0\"\"\u00a0the first option in the list.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

                  • Save:\u00a0<\/strong>Stores the event and can be edited until it is ready to be forwarded to the cause analysis step.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
